Returns Policy

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product(s) within 21 days from the day the order was received .
• To be eligible for return, product must be unused and free of any damages. Item must be in its original packaging.
• All return requests are reviewed by our support team for approval. If approved, you will receive an return number within 5 business days. Please refer to this number for any inquiries.
• Email request to li1319475315@gmail.com  with your product details and exact issue with purchase order number.
• After receiving confirmation email, please print and enclose with the product for return.
• We reserves the right to dispose of any product incorrectly sent back without the proper documentation
• All *shipments of defective products are paid by the customer. We will cover the shipping cost for replacement product.
• Customer will receive the replacement product within 2 to 4 business weeks after the package has been received (subject to in-stock availability).
• In case of refund, it will be initiated to original method of payment
• Wait for the number with confirmation email.

*Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
